The Charter of Farmers' markets and festivals was created by the Chambre of Agriculture, the Conseil Général des Pyrénées-Orientales (the county council) and the Mayors association. Its goal is to reinforce and enhance the "real" Land!

- 4 November, Olette fair
- 10/11 November at Rivesaltes, authentic tastes days
- 18 November, pork fair at Prades
- 25 November, almond festival at Rivesaltes
- 2 December, pork fair at Thuir
- 16 December, pork fair at Céret ...
